Late night, cigarette stained,
in a bar, asleep on a train.

Young mad man, in New York,
before it drowns beneath the Atlantic.
The city takes no prisoners,
Has no qualms or time for sanctity.

You often think,
— It is like this nowhere else. —

Symphonic high grass waits beneath the gravel.
